What wonderful service. They needed to amend the order (exchanged the vase and the wire heart wasn't available), but what they sent was more beautiful than what I ordered. They found a wire heart that was more beautiful than was offered and the vase was just as pretty. They have a real eye for beauty and a keen sense for customer service.
