Flower arrangement close to as pictured, a few flowers were not available and the florist phoned to get approval on what she wanted to substitute. Prompt delivery, my daughter in law very happy with the gift! ----- Florist's Response: We are very sorry that the arrangement did not suit you. As tulips are unique in shape, we did the best we could do by calling you and offering the roses instead, maybe next time if the exact product is not available it would be better for you to cancel the order rather then you be disappointed or choose a completely different arrangement from the website
