The flowers were for my sister, who lost her husband. I requested non-fall colors as it was a sympathy arrangement. The arrangement was beautiful. It was delivered early on the date requested, and my sister loved it. I ordered it from Massachusetts, and wanted to go through a small floral business. I am very happy with them.

The website was very easy to use and I was very happy to see that the plant/flower arrangement I ordered could be delivered the same day. Unfortunately I received a message saying that the basket shown was not available and they would substitute another type - which was fine; however, I didn't see the finished product.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
