This was my first time using this florist. I was happy with the arrangement, and it was beautiful! The only disappointment was that I called the morning of the delivery, and asked them to add a ribbon banner to reflect the relationship of the receiver, and it was delivered without it. My husband was upset about it, as it was for his sister. I understand things happen, and it possibly just was overlooked. Will use them again in the future.
